Rotonda

Rotonda, sometimes misspelled as Rotunda, is located directly in the middle of the Cape Haze Peninsula. It's only minutes from Englewood, Boca Grande, and Port Charlotte. You can see the Rotonda when flying overhead in a jetliner; it’s that enormous circle of roads and canals that resemble a wagon wheel. Rotonda itself is made up of several smaller areas. We have narrowed these areas down to subdivisions within the circle of the Rotonda and those outside of the Circle. 
Outside the Circle of Rotonda: 
There are many homes available in Rotonda. Most homes here are over 2,000 square feet and many have their own swimming pools. Many homes back up to Golf Courses or freshwater canals. Some of these fine homes are located on lakes. This whole area is very upscale. There are model homes available to view and many builders are doing business here. Make sure you use a Realtor to help you choose a builder, you will be glad you did and it will not cost you a cent. A good Realtor will know which builders are good and which ones to stay away from. 
If you choose to purchase a home that has already been built, there are many of these to choose from as well. There are also pre-construction condominium projects as well as a large selection of condos that are already completed.
